Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven Sales Management experience - Industrial / Commercial / Construction sales experience
• Track record of success: Leading & coaching sales teams, developing sales processes, and building playbooks
• Leadership skills & ability to develop a sales team
• Drive & Energy: Hungry, aggressive, and motivated to build a team
• Construction customer base experience preferred
