Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director - Business Development and Client Success, the Client Manager will be responsible for managing inbound sales leads, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for customer service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop potential leads through various channels (outbound calls, email campaigns, social media).
  • Prepare and present tailored quotes based on client specifications.
  • Close sales and contribute to overall revenue goals.
  • Actively seek and generate new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Project/Program Management, Engineering, and Permitting, to meet client needs.
  • Attend client sites and trade shows to build relationships and promote services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry trends.
  • Ensure all work aligns with health, safety, and employment standards.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in Client Management or Inside Sales, preferably within the sign or related industry.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, closing sales, and managing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in negotiation and relationship building.
  • Experience working with Construction Managers, Designers, and Marketing professionals is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
