We have two openings for an Inside Sales Rep covering our US book of business in our Burlington office. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the dynamics of the sales function and also the intricacy of the healthcare market in the US.
The Inside Sales Rep's primary goal is to build and strengthen customer relationships, increase sales within the assigned territory, provide excellent service to customers and prospect new accounts.
JOB DUTIES:
• Generate sales in a territory comprised primarily of existing customers with significant expansion/conversion potential and prospecting new customers.
• Leverage existing customer relationships and create additional opportunities by building, developing and maintaining new customer relationships.
• Manage entire sales cycle to include qualification of leads, needs/opportunity assessment, request for proposal (RFP), close of sale and all post-sales support.
• Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Enters new customer data and other sales data for customers into computer database.
• Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules.
• Proactively recommend and design selling strategies based on territory characteristics.
• Occasional travel to and attend trade shows.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of CHS its products.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills
- Experience in medical device market an asset
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with emphasis in Science/ Business desired.
- Fluent English
- Ideal candidate would be memorable, dynamic & animated. Comfortable with networking and outgoing personality
- Proven abilities in finding and closing sales
- Effective organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics is considered an asset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
