Your Impact:

As Division Director, you'll be at the forefront of ML6's growth, responsible for revenue generation, team leadership, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. You'll build and execute strategies that expand our footprint, strengthen client partnerships, and elevate performance.

What You'll Do:

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment and sales professionals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and champion a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across the division.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Drive top-line revenue through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our client base and market presence.
  • Leverage industry insights and trends to create tailored solutions that deliver value.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight and guidance on hiring strategies and market trends.
  • Cultivate and strengthen long-term client partnerships through high-touch engagement and customized support.
  • Ensure outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Recruitment Strategy

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop cutting-edge recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates by aligning sourcing strategies with client needs.
  • Monitor and refine recruitment metrics to drive efficiency and quality of hires.

Performance & Operational Management

  • Implement performance frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and support team development.
  • Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies to meet division and company goals.
  • Champion best practices and continuous improvement to maximize team output.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience leading recruitment and/or sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and expanding client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, market dynamics, and hiring trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
