The Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager in our Beauty & Home division.
The National Account Manager develops and maintains strong working relationships for a group of national accounts to drive sales and growth for assigned brands and product lines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of national accounts in the retail sector through building/maintaining strong relationships, effective planning, and identifying opportunities for new sales and growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Grow business through strategic account management.
- Explore and target new business opportunities
- Manage customer trade spend with the goal of maximizing return on investment.
- Prepare and present reports that track progress against business objectives.
- Create, present, and manage the execution of promotional programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of executed plans/programs.
- Track and measure account POS to ensure successful program sell through.
- Forecast SKU level product requirements.
- Achieve budgeted goals set by management.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments and divisions to ensure commitments to customers are met and resolve issues as they arise
- Attend trade shows as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / College Diploma, preferably in Business or Marketing
- 7 - 10 years experience in a senior sales role managing national accounts (retail industry)
- High degree of commitment to relationship building and customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to c ollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Strong time management skills, sense of urgency, and excellent follow-through on projects/programs/tasks
- Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strategic thinker and able to develop long term-plans for retailers, channels, and products
- Strong understanding and knowledge of e-commerce
- Results oriented and focused on achieving sales targets and KPI's
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Knowledge of SAP an asset
