Role Description
We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Lead to help scale our fast-growing ThermoWood business across North America.
This isn't just a sales support role-you'll be the first touchpoint for our professional customers, play a key role in nurturing inbound leads, and help transform interest into long-term relationships. You'll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and help us build a customer experience that's as solid as our products.
What You'll Do
Be the primary inside sales lead for the ThermoWood business
Manage inbound leads and support outside reps with quotes & CRM updates
Coordinate order processing from inquiry to delivery
Align with Marketing to track and convert digital leads
Collaborate with logistics & supply chain to keep things moving
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and help measure what's working
Bonus Points For
- Experience with specialty wood, ThermoWood or thermally modified wood
- Experience working with architects, dealers, or product distributors
- Involvement in digital campaigns, e-commerce, or lead nurturing
- Strong skills in communication and customer satisfaction
Salary
$60,000-70,000 per year
