Responsibilities
Continue to learn and master the Firm's standard operating procedures (SOP)
Must have active LLQP or MFDA licenses (willing to obtain other)
Build sales and client relationships with new and existing clients
Adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards. This includes maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Range- $60,000- $80,000 Variable:
• Quarterly Bonus- 10%-30% Grid based on total new business OR
• Commission- Split 30% on new business, no residual
• Office Space- $0 • Administration Support- $0
• Technology- supply own computer
• Insurance, and Association dues- $100-$200/ month
Consistently meeting the outlined success measures Progression in, or the completion of continued education (CFP, CLU, CIM, etc.)
An election can be made by the firm to transition from Associate Advisor to next level at anytime
