Producing Branch Manager immediate need, will oversee and coordinates all operations within a specific branch, focusing on staff management, customer service, business development, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational goals.

- Manage the profitable and successful Branch
- Not responsible for supervision (there is a separate Supervisor and Assistant supervisor) although qualification to supervise could be an asset
- Recruiting advisors and getting them seated
- Assignment of assistants
- Periodic review of grid placement of advisors
Generally the management function would take less than 1/3rd of time and managing book would take 2/3.
- Reports to President.

- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Motivating and developing staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Addressing employee issues and resolving conflicts.
- Operational Management:
- Overseeing daily operations, including customer service, sales, and marketing.
- Ensuring the branch is well-maintained and safe for employees and customers.
- Managing budgets and financial performance.
- Implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Customer Relations:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Business Development:
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers and grow the business.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.
