Producing Branch Manager immediate need, will oversee and coordinates all operations within a specific branch, focusing on staff management, customer service, business development, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Manage the profitable and successful Branch
  • Not responsible for supervision (there is a separate Supervisor and Assistant supervisor) although qualification to supervise could be an asset
  • Recruiting advisors and getting them seated
  • Assignment of assistants
  • Periodic review of grid placement of advisors

Generally the management function would take less than 1/3rd of time and managing book would take 2/3.

  • Reports to President.
  • Staff Management:
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Motivating and developing staff to improve performance and productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Addressing employee issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Operational Management:
  • Overseeing daily operations, including customer service, sales, and marketing.
  • Ensuring the branch is well-maintained and safe for employees and customers.
  • Managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Customer Relations:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Business Development:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers and grow the business.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
