This is an opportunity to bring your passion for the transition to clean energy to a dynamic team as an Account Manager focused on Customer Energy Services. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the customer engagement strategy, fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative energy solutions. Your strategic insights and relationship building skills will be crucial in advancing the mission to decarbonize.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations such as hospitals, data centres, commercial and residential property managers. Identify and pitch new ways to provide value added services to long-term customers.
  • Customer Support: Ensure the successful delivery of complex energy projects, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Innovative Onboarding: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding processes for new customers, including executive training and strategic facility tours.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain and operations, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive Industry Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, and energy systems, with a proven track record of managing high-level customer relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and building automation, with the ability to provide strategic insights and solutions.
  • Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in revenue growth and managing customer relationships on a national level.
  • Exceptional Communication: Superior communication in a B2B environment with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
  • Dynamic Leadership: A self-starter with the ability to drive new service opportunities and succeed in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.

This is a permanent role located in downtown Toronto (3-4 days per week in the office). It comes with a comprehensive compensation package including base, bonus and excellent benefits.
