We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to help grow our employer partnerships and deliver our legal services to businesses that need seamless immigration solutions. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of an innovative and rapidly growing industry.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise employer accounts from outreach to close to renewal.
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and expansion.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across HR, legal, compliance, and operations teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal to shape solutions that solve real employer pain points.
- Help refine our sales playbook, messaging, and positioning as we scale across new verticals.
- Stay on top of trends in workforce mobility, Canadian immigration policy, and employer compliance needs.
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B software or legal/compliance-related sales - ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or workforce solutions.
- A strong track record of value-based, consultative selling across complex stakeholder groups.
- Confidence in navigating multi-threaded sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication skills - especially when simplifying complex offerings for non-technical audiences.
- A hunter mindset with the drive to hit targets, improve playbooks, and create value for clients.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Canadian work permits, TFW programs, or cross-border employment challenges.
