The Opportunity
As we continue to continue to grow, we're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Growth team. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter looking to make an impact on a small and growing tech company. You will discover qualified opportunities by nurturing inbound leads and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Your Impact
As our SDR, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by:
- Managing and qualifying inbound leads from our marketing initiatives
- Conducting discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
- Coordinating demos between qualified prospects and Account Executives
- Developing outbound prospecting strategies
- Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in phone conversations
- Strong initiative and drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Sharp business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for technology and SaaS solutions
Compensation
Base salary range: $40,000-$55,000 per year plus bonuses
