RETAIL SALES & BRAND REPRESENTATIVE

Location/Greater Toronto Area/Full-Time/Up to 40hrs per week

About Crazy D's: Crazy D's Prebiotic Soda is a rapidly growing, beverage innovation company and we're hiring a Retail Sales & Brand Representative to support our expanding national roster of retail (grocery) locations across Canada, with an in person focus on GTA.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, organized, and results-driven individual to join our small but mighty team as our next Retail Sales & Brand Representative-focused in-person on the GTA and supporting our national growth.

Your Role: You'll be the face of Crazy D's in the field, helping build relationships, drive retail success, and support our content and demo efforts. This is a dynamic role for someone who loves health, hustle, and meaningful work. The role is hybrid as it will require 2-3 days on the road per week and remaining work from home.

What we'll ask you to do:

  • Conduct regular visits to GTA retail locations to maintain relationships, check inventory, and ensure strong merchandising
  • Drive new business through prospecting, pitching, and onboarding new retail accounts
  • Handle inside sales for national accounts across Canada
  • Take and upsell orders with current retailers to drive reorder volume
  • Represent Crazy D's at in-store demos, events, and tradeshows
  • Capture compelling in-store content (photos and videos) for use in social media and digital campaigns (10-15% of the role)
  • Collaborate on social media strategy to grow community, increase awareness, and support retailers
  • Identify opportunities for local partnerships and community events to grow brand exposure
  • Report on store-level insights and sales activity

About You:

  • A recent, post-secondary graduate (within 1 year) & under 30 per program funding requirements
  • Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Refugee Status (No work permits or student visa's)
  • Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • People-savvy with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about health, wellness, food/beverage, or startups
  • Sales experience or a strong entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
  • Based in the GTA with access to a vehicle (mileage provided)

Compensation & Perks:

  • $21/hour (Base Salary)
