The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for helping to drive sales and rental revenue across Eastern Canada. The individual should be able to assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data. The role requires a good understanding of the scaffolding industry, strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on business growth and customer relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Drive sales and rental revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.

2. Generating and qualify leads through networking, research, and referrals.

3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, board members, customers, partners, and other key stakeholders.

5. Represent the company in external forums and industry events.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.

7. Drive innovation within the company to maintain a competitive edge.

8. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's reputation and financial stability.

9. Negotiate terms and close deals that align with business goals.

10. Track sales activities and performance through CRM reporting tools.

11. Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to market trend analysis.

12. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically within construction, scaffolding, or industrial services.
  • Strong familiarity with large-scale industrial projects and B2B sales processes.
  • Experience in CRM reporting, forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and critical thinking skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and business needs.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional communication skills - in person, online and via phone.
  • Must be flexible with work hours and willing to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
