Position Overview:

is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Content Implementation Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for creating interactive web products and services that are helpful, easy to understand and a pleasure to use for our 25 million plus yearly visitors. A primary responsibility will be to research and build new questionnaires that customers fill out to create customized documents. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement new interactive questionnaires and documents for our website
  • Use multiple low-code or no-code Content Management System (CMS) platforms to build and publish document templates
  • Conduct research and user testing to help optimize the customer experience
  • Write and edit questionnaire content to make the creation of document templates simple and easy for our users
  • Assess the viability of new features and documents to expand our selection of document templates
  • Prepare feature requests, ensuring clear requirements are communicated to our development team
  • Create project plans, track corresponding work, and make changes to the project scope when needed
  • Conduct peer reviews to maintain high quality standards
  • Collaborate with our Legal, Research, Design, Development, and QA departments to create powerful documents
  • Analyze the sales performance of documents to optimize project effectiveness
  • Explore, create and follow best practices for our web products

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Writing, Communications, Business, Library Science, Software Development (ex. DMIT), or other relevant fields
  • Ability to learn, work with, and troubleshoot various types of CMS platforms
  • Expertise in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to delivery
  • Ability to identify opportunities and suggest new ideas
  • Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and prioritize high-impact business objectives
  • Experience with coding or web design would be an asset
  • Understanding of conversion optimization, consumer psychology, and online marketing would be an asset
