The Inventory & Asset Manager at IREN will play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining a robust asset system. This position will lead the adoption of a new inventory platform to keep records and track assets in an efficient and accurate manner. This is an exciting opportunity to build up and maintain the asset management system of a large data center company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and adoption of the improved asset management system and manage process in a timely manner with stakeholders
- Support design and adoption of rigorous, clear and efficient asset management SOPs
- Manage the relationship with external third-party providers
- Work with other site Inventory & Asset Manager to maintain accurate and timely records of assets
- Coordinate with the Sites and Finance teams for asset reporting
Desired Skills, Qualifications and Competencies include:
- Bachelor's degree required; a focus in Logistics, Business Administration or Business Information Technology is preferred. Project Management qualification desirable
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a supply chain or project management role
- Ability to lead projects, drive initiatives and implement new or improved processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full proficiency in Excel, comfortable working with new IT systems
- IREN operates across multiple countries / time zones. Must have a flexible approach to work hours

- Salary range: Starting from C$85k depending on experience
