Role Description
This is a full-time Associate Lawyer role at JK Law in Calgary, AB. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling various legal matters such as real estate transactions, business agreements, wills, immigration services, and child welfare litigation. The role will involve drafting legal documents, conducting research, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate law, corporate/commercial law, and civil litigation
• Experience in immigration law is an asset
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• LL.B or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with the Law Society in Alberta
• Prior experience in a law firm specializing in the relevant practice areas.
