About the Executive Director

The Executive Director will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, overseeing operations, and driving the organization's mission forward. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, secure funding, and effectively manage teams.

Specifically, in this role you'd be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission
  • Overseeing fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations
  • Managing the organization's budget, programs, and staff
  • Building and maintaining relationships with community partners, board members, and donors
  • Advocating for the organization's mission and expanding its impact

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven leadership experience in the non-profit sector
  • Strong background in fundraising and financial management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Passion for social impact and community development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business, or related field
