Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for a core product area
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, design, and customer teams
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements using Jira, Confluence, and Agile best practices
- Think strategically and act tactically - balancing immediate needs with long-term vision
- Identify hidden user needs and pain points using data and customer feedback
- Monitor product success metrics and iterate for continuous improvement
- Champion the voice of the customer within cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS B2B environments
- Demonstrated success in owning and scaling a product area
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and backlog management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Natural problem-solver with a strong critical thinking and detective mindset
- Proven experience in growth-stage companies
- High attention to detail and a track record of turning insights into actionable strategies
- Strong learning agility and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Bonus: Experience in workforce management, HRIS, or scheduling software
