Job Summary:

As a key member of the Human Resources team supporting the Software and Services organization, you will lead day-to-day HR activities and deliver direction and leadership aligned with the organization's mission, culture, and strategic objectives. This role is instrumental in building strong working relationships, enhancing employee engagement, supporting strategic workforce planning, and partnering closely with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for designated business functions, guiding leaders in managing people-related matters and HR programs.
  • Work closely with executives and senior leaders to improve workforce planning, build organizational capability, and drive cultural initiatives.
  • Support the design and execution of strategic workforce planning, transformation efforts, and organizational design in partnership with Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Lead and influence talent identification, retention, and development strategies across assigned business units.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; manage and mitigate employee relations risks.
  • Drive initiatives that foster a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and practices.
  • Provide guidance during business transformation, including restructuring efforts and job re-alignment.
  • Promote agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement in HR and business practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a global or fast-paced organization.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and provide insights to leadership.
  • Proven capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and navigating change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent influence skills, including the ability to lead without direct authority.
