We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.

Duration: 4 months

Job Type: Remote (open across Canada)

Responsibilities:

  • Review external communications to ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality protocols
  • Identify and address discrepancies; provide feedback to case managers and team leads
  • Track and document trends in communications for process improvement
  • Manage group email inbox efficiently and meet turnaround targets
  • Support administrative tasks such as processing invoices, sending tool referrals, and other case-related communications

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office setting
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Post-secondary education required

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in disability management or group benefits
  • Background in a health-related or administrative field
