Responsibilities:
- Review external communications to ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality protocols
- Identify and address discrepancies; provide feedback to case managers and team leads
- Track and document trends in communications for process improvement
- Manage group email inbox efficiently and meet turnaround targets
- Support administrative tasks such as processing invoices, sending tool referrals, and other case-related communications
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office setting
- Bilingual in English and French
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Post-secondary education required
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in disability management or group benefits
- Background in a health-related or administrative field
