Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that every detail-from the service to the ambiance-reflects the unique blend of class and comfort that defines State & Main.
• Inspire and guide a team of talented individuals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality.
• Support the implementation of the wine program, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident in making recommendations that enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong understanding of how to enhance the dining experience through excellent service and attention to detail.

• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
