• Strong knowledge of credit adjudication, dealership finance procedures, and deal structuring.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital finance tools is an asset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Willing to get automotive certification/license (paid by company).
