What You'll do:

• Manage commercial construction projects valued between $10,000,000 - $50,000,000
• Manage project activities, including budget, costs, and timelines
• Act as liaison with clients, designers, and other project stakeholders
• Organize project teams and guides them to produce deliverables

What Our Client is Targetting:

• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience
• Experience working on Commercial projects, ranging in value from $10 - $50 million.
• Technical Degree or Engineering Degree would be preferred
