At LTV.ai, we're redefining customer engagement for e-commerce brands by empowering them with their own AI-powered ambassadors to deliver hyper-personalized Email and SMS interactions at an enterprise scale.

Our platform enables brands to communicate with their audience in a natural and contextually relevant manner, driving higher engagement and conversion rates. While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most-the customer.

We're looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager to help define, prioritize, and drive product development for our company.

Why join us?

We're a fast-moving team building a rapidly growing company that's transforming the e-commerce industry. As an early team member, you'll play a key role in shaping both our product and the future of e-commerce, with the opportunity to grow alongside us.

What you get to do every day:

  • Define and Build the Product: Collaborate with leadership, engineers, and users to shape the product roadmap while pushing real backend and frontend code updates.
  • Drive Execution: Translate product ideas into actionable plans, contribute to technical specs, and participate directly in agile development sprints.
  • Hands-On With AI: Interface with and drive improvements in our internal AI systems, including writing prompts, testing, and tuning models. You'll be hands-on both with the AI and the supporting code and infrastructure.
  • User-Centric Development: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and deeply understand user needs to build impactful, usable features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align product development with customer value and company goals.
  • Measure Impact: Help define success metrics, analyze usage data, and leverage insights to continuously improve the product.

What we're looking for:

  • A baseline of technical product management experience, ideally working on SaaS, AI, or ecommerce focused platforms. Comfortable discussing complex technical concepts and trade-offs with engineering teams.
  • 2 years of coding experience with frontend and backend technologies, ideally including React, TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
  • Deeply involved in the AI ecosystem - using AI tools for the majority of your personal and work-related tasks, keeping up with the rapid pace of AI innovation, and comfortable discussing and understanding technical AI concepts, model improvements, and infrastructure advances. You should (ideally) not only interface with AI daily but also have a strong intuition about where AI capabilities are headed.
  • Able to understand user problems and think critically about solutions, balancing technical feasibility with user value.
  • Comfortable explaining technical ideas and product decisions to different audiences, from engineers to executives.
  • Familiarity with defining and tracking product metrics to evaluate success.

What's in it for you?

  • A Seat at the Table: As an early hire, you'll have a direct hand in shaping our core product and technology.
  • World-Class Support: Backed by top-tier investors and an experienced founding team, you'll have the resources and guidance to make bold moves.
  • Comprehensive Rewards: Competitive compensation, equity, and a commitment to your personal and professional growth.
  • Impactful Work: Your contributions will help build a global company with a real, measurable impact on ecommerce businesses.

If this role sounds like it could be a fit, we'd love to hear from you!
