Key Responsibilities

• Lead the buying strategy across all categories, ensuring alignment with brand vision, seasonal trends, and financial goals
• Manage and mentor a team of buyers and assistant buyers; foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Partner closely with merchandising, planning, design, and marketing teams to bring the seasonal product vision to life
• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to optimize product mix, pricing, and timing
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate the best terms for cost, margin, and deliver

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Design, Buying or any other related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to drive business results through strategic buying and product curation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Deep understanding of the fashion market, consumer behavior, and trend forecasting
