Overview

A rapidly growing technology company in the construction space is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead field service coordination and logistics across North America. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working at the intersection of customer service, inventory management, and field operations.

As a key operations partner, you'll work closely with internal teams, external technicians, and clients to ensure seamless hardware deployments, high-quality service delivery, and smooth logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Hardware Oversight

Manage physical inventory of camera systems and related hardware

Maintain accurate records in ERP (Odoo) and support ongoing stocktakes

Oversee packing, assembly, and refurbishment of units to quality standards

Field Service Coordination

Schedule and coordinate field service technicians for installation and relocation of equipment

Conduct desktop and on-site reviews of installation locations

Liaise with clients for approvals and logistical arrangements

Provide remote support during camera installs and maintenance

Maintain detailed project records in the CRM (Hubspot)

Logistics & Shipping

Manage all inbound/outbound shipping, customs clearance, and returns

Partner with external vendors to ensure timely and efficient service

Operational Support

Complete vendor forms and assist with tender submissions when required

Manage SIM card logistics and cellular setup

Provide cross-timezone support when needed

What They're Looking For

Legally eligible to work in Canada

2-3 years of experience in customer service, field service, or service delivery

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Hubspot experience a bonus)

Construction industry or hardware deployment experience is an asset

Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
