Salary Range: $70,000 to $120,000 base + performance-based bonus structure

At ActionCOACH Canada, we believe in creating abundance through business re-education-and we're looking for a strategic, compassionate, and results-oriented Vice President of Operations to join our Calgary-based team.

This is more than just a role-it's an opportunity to lead with purpose, support a community of inspiring coaches, and help shape the future of entrepreneurship in Canada.

What You'll Be Doing

As VP of Operations, you'll report directly to our CEO and be a key player in national growth and development. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and mentoring our talented coaching network across Canada
• Overseeing onboarding and growth plans for new franchisees and coaches
• Managing operational systems, performance metrics, and team development
• Supporting strategic decision-making and contributing to big-picture goals
• Planning and delivering impactful events and trainings
• Acting as the primary connection between our Canadian team and Global HQ
• Collaborating on marketing, franchise growth, and brand alignment
• Bringing energy, structure, and warmth to our headquarters office and beyond

• You're tech-savvy (or tech-curious!) and comfortable with platforms like Google Workspace, SharePoint, CRM tools, and Excel
• You're highly organized, a great communicator, and bring a positive energy to every room
• Bilingual in French/English or experience working in bilingual settings is a big plus
