Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years in Networking Service Desk roles in the Tier 3 level within banking
• Provide tier 3 network support, troubleshooting complex incidents and resolving critical infrastructure issues.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Palo Alto firewalls, ensuring security compliance and network stability.
• Manage and deploy F5 load balancers, including Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Global Traffic Manager (GTM) functionalities.
• Monitor network performance and proactively address latency, security vulnerabilities, and capacity concerns.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce firewall policies, ensuring secure and efficient data flow.
• Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and security threats to continuously improve network resilience.

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Service Desk - Tier 3 Specialist to provide advanced technical support and network infrastructure solutions within our banking environment. This role demands deep expertise in Palo Alto and F5 networking, as well as hands-on experience with LTM, GTM, and firewall configurations to ensure seamless network operations and the development for new rules for implementation of solutions. This individual will be working directly with the users and cross functionally across the servicing team.
