Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote collaboration and responsiveness while maintaining a level-headed perspective.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong knowledge of clients' businesses.
  • Own working relationships with client teams, providing day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and deliverables.
  • Support with campaign proposals, strategic plans, and end-of-campaign wrap reports.
  • Work with Ad Operations team to align on KPIs. campaign implementation, and testing strategies for cross-channel digital campaigns.
  • Support with creation of reports and communication of insights to clients.
  • Work as a team! Sometimes you'll be in crunch mode, sometimes it'll be other members of our team. Have each other's back!

  • Be a problem solver, without having a fear of asking for help and/or guidance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with short timelines.
  • Grow existing accounts by cultivating new relationships across multiple lines of business.
  • Stay up to date on digital media trends and new opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance new or upcoming campaigns.
  • Consider improvements to our project management processes and best practices, maintaining internal efficiency, quality, and timelines.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for high value clients.
  • Help deliver customer success, as measured by contract renewals, annual recurring revenue (ARR), account expansion (YoY increase in ARR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of account management and/or media planning experience
  • Experience managing programmatic and paid social campaigns
  • Experienced with media research platforms (e.g. Nielsen Commspoint, Vividata)
  • Experience with presentation software (e.g. Keynote, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Profound attention to detail
  • Experience working with Slack
  • Experience working in or alongside ad agencies
  • In-depth understanding of media concepts, key terms, and tactical investment strategies.
