Team Overview

You will join the Retail Commerce and Services team. This team is responsible for designing and deploying engineering solutions that enhance the in-store customer experience.

Role Overview

As a Senior QA Analyst, you will ensure high-quality deliverables for each software release. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable test solutions, support automation, and drive QA best practices. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining testing systems-both manual and automated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and develop automated test strategies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Participate in automation code reviews and mentor junior QA team members.
  • Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects.
  • Develop test plans, test data, and schedules while managing dependencies and test environments.
  • Monitor and report on test metrics, defects, and quality progress to stakeholders.
  • Assess risks to determine appropriate levels of testing for each release.
  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Lead and own the QA process from strategy through execution.
  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in QA and/or software development.
  • 2+ years of experience working with quality tools.
  • Proficiency with:
  • iOS testing tools: Appium, XCode, XCUI, XCTest
  • Programming/Scripting (preferably Python)
  • Version control tools (e.g., GitHub)
  • CI/CD practices
  • JIRA for project and defect tracking
  • Strong experience with both manual and automated testing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience presenting testing topics and QA strategies to teams and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Prior experience working on consumer-facing mobile or retail applications.
