Our Values
Amplify has five core values: Collaboration, Connection, Candor, Curiosity, and Courage. These values are the foundation of the client experience that differentiates us. Our founders chose our values based on what we didn't want our culture to be. As a result, our culture is something that our epic team takes joy in, and we bring that passion to our client experience.
As an Amplifier, nothing matters more than the culture and client experience you communicate, market, and develop your business around. This priority leads to a sustainable and profitable organization that can enhance community, amplify opportunities, and cultivate connections.
Client Experience
The experience you share with prospects and current clients matters most in a client-facing role. We approach this by living our values and purpose. What does that look like? It is focusing on people and relationships first, prioritizing the client's strategy and growth and integrating and participating in culture.
