Responsibilities

• Support the existing practice lead with residential real estate transactions (purchase, sale, refinance)
• Draft and review agreements, offers, leases, and related real estate documents
• Manage a growing portfolio of real estate clients with guidance and mentorship where needed
• Build and maintain client relationships, fostering new business opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues within the firm's teams where required

Requirements

• Licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• 1 year of experience practicing real estate law (in exceptional cases, we will consider those recently called to the bar who demonstrate strong entrepreneurial capabilities)
• Solid understanding of residential real estate law
• Must be fluent in spoken Tamil
