As a Project Coordinator , you'll play a key role in organizing and supporting project activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and helping maintain high-quality standards. By working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, you'll tackle challenges, identify solutions, and contribute to the success of every project. What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with project planning and help ensure all activities stay on schedule and within scope.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside Superintendents to drive projects forward, while building strong relationships with subcontractors and clients.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any project challenges that arise, always striving for solutions that maintain project quality.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date.

Quality & Compliance: Help uphold high-quality standards and ensure safety protocols and regulations are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, ideally with a General Contractor.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with team members and clients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software is an asset.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Experience in using Procore, Bluebeam, and OneDrive.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and achieve results.
