About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting within healthcare and/or professional services. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final placement, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Please note: This is an in-office role based out of our Scarborough headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients in healthcare and professional services
- Guide candidates and clients through the full recruitment process with expertise and care
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact to placement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets/KPIs
- Stay current with industry trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations

Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare and/or professional services (IT, accounting & finance, or administration)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Advanced MS Office skills and openness to learning new tools
- Experience with Zoho is an asset
- Positive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
