Managing Director - Medical Esthetics Clinic (Regina, SK)

We're partnering with a well-established medical esthetics clinic in Regina to find an experienced and people-focused Managing Director to lead a growing team, elevate the client experience, and drive operational and revenue performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends day-to-day operations with strategic growth. You'll be at the helm of a talented team, fostering a high-performing, supportive culture while ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll also play a key role in shaping the business - building out service lines, strengthening client retention, and driving acquisition strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the clinic's day-to-day operations - scheduling, team coordination, inventory, and service delivery - ensuring a consistent and high standard of care.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of front office and clinical staff, creating a collaborative and professional work environment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention, drive new client acquisition, and expand service offerings.
  • Track and report on performance metrics and work toward monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with ownership and finance on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Refine clinic workflows and systems for scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Contribute to local marketing and community engagement efforts, including in-clinic events and promotions.
  • Continuously look for ways to enhance the client journey and grow long-term loyalty and lifetime value.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience leading a team in a clinic, spa, wellness, or retail environment.
  • A track record of operational leadership paired with a clear impact on business growth.
  • A supportive leadership style that builds trust and empowers staff.
  • Strong operational know-how - confident with systems like booking, payroll, inventory, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial lens - curious, collaborative, and results-oriented.
  • Experience in medical aesthetics or health/wellness is an asset but not essential.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves improving how things run, leading a values-driven team, and contributing directly to the growth of a thriving, client-focused business.
