Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors ECP Payroll Consultant (with Integration Experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Payroll Consultant with strong integration expertise to join our growing team. This role requires deep knowledge of SAP Employee Central Payroll, combined with hands-on experience integrating payroll systems with SAP SuccessFactors EC, third-party time & attendance, and finance systems using tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Design and execute end-to-end payroll processes, including schema configuration, rules, wage types, and time integration.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between EC, ECP, and other internal/external systems (e.g., time systems, finance, benefits platforms).
• Use tools such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or PI/PO to build and manage integrations.
• Ensure accurate and secure data transfers between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Conduct payroll testing, data validation, and support UAT during implementations.
• Monitor and resolve integration issues and optimize system performance.
• Provide post-implementation support, documentation, and end-user training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in SAP Payroll / ECP, with at least 1-2 full-cycle ECP implementations.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, especially EC ECP, and third-party systems.
• Proficient in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar middleware.
• Deep knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, time evaluation, and master data management.
• Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors APIs, SFTP, and integration best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and functional teams.
