The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the marketing and sales strategies for the company's residential real estate projects. This key leadership role will manage project launches from concept through to delivery, drive online and offline marketing efforts, and oversee sales targets and performance. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with internal development teams and external creative partners to ensure cohesive execution and maximum market impact.
Key Responsibilities
Project Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing plans across digital, print, and social channels for new development projects.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies to meet project timelines and brand standards.
- Manage website content and visuals to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Create content and manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee production of all marketing materials, including signage, brochures, and sales displays.
- Track and manage project-specific marketing budgets.
Corporate Marketing
- Lead brand-level marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage internal and external communications, including email campaigns and newsletters.
- Analyze marketing performance and report on key metrics.
Sales Management
- Design and execute strategies to achieve project sales targets.
- Track sales progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee sales incentives.
- Manage sales software and maintain client databases (Avesdo experience is an asset).
Development Collaboration
- Work closely with the development team to understand project timelines, features, and positioning.
- Provide input on renderings, layouts, and design features from a marketing and sales perspective.
- Support handover and homeowner communication processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within residential development.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, WordPress, Canva, CRM systems).
- Experience with Avesdo or similar real estate sales platforms preferred.
- Real estate license and knowledge of homeowner care processes are considered assets.
