We are growing - and we're looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Immigration Client Intake Specialist to join our Surrey-based team.

About the Role

As an Immigration Client Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll play a critical role in gathering information, supporting documentation, and setting the tone for a smooth and professional immigration journey. This is the perfect role for someone who loves structure, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced legal or immigration environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive intake interviews with potential clients
  • Collect and verify personal, educational, and professional details required for immigration cases
  • Draft and prepare supporting immigration documentation
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client files
  • Organize digital and physical records using Zoho or similar systems
  • Monitor immigration regulation updates and conduct related research
  • Support lawyers and case managers in preparing and organizing application packages

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when dealing with clients
  • 1+ year of experience in immigration, legal services, or a related administrative role
  • Comfort using software like Zoho (or other CRMs and document tools)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven, client-service environment
  • Professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused mindset

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Working knowledge of Canadian immigration systems and procedures
  • Fluency in a second language (an asset, but not required)

Compensation & Perks

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts No weekends

Location: In-person role at our Surrey, BC office
