Our client is looking for a Content Designer/ UX Writer to join their team on a contract basis. This will be 6+ months in duration, fulltime hours per week.

The client is also requesting 1-2x per week onsite, Downtown Toronto.

You will be:

- Writing UX-focused copy: wireframes, annotations, chatbot content, FAQs, web portal copy and in-app messaging.

- You will be working with a team of Product Designers, Researchers and other writers.

- You will be working with a financial client, on a consumer facing banking application, and other enterprise level applications.

- Creating copy for user flows and interactive prototypes.

Skills needed:

- 6+ years of experience working in Content Design, UX Writing or Copywriting, specifically for a financial client.

- A portfolio showcasing your UX writing; case studies, website samples etc.
