We're currently looking for an experienced Methods Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Methods Department. You will lead a team of Methods Agents and CNC Programmers and play a key role in supporting our production efficiency.

This is a highly operational role that also contributes to the strategic implementation led by the Director of Methods & NPI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the Methods Department
• Assign and prioritize team tasks based on production needs
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of technical documentation and CNC programs
• Validate that work instructions meet client requirements and machining standards
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Tooling teams to resolve technical challenges
• Supervise team performance, development, and daily coordination
• Act as the main point of contact between your team and other departments

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a technical team in a CNC/methods environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
• Solid knowledge of machining processes and CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, NX)
• Proactive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on operational execution
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
