Evry Jewels is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and launching innovative jewelry collections and expansion into other categories/offerings. This individual will work closely with designers, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence, alignment with brand aesthetics, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop new jewelry collections based on market trends and consumer demand.

• Research industry trends, materials, and competitive products to ensure innovation and relevance in the market.

• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials, manage sampling, and oversee production timelines.

• Ensure product quality by conducting thorough material testing and reviewing prototypes for accuracy, durability, and craftsmanship.

• Maintain and update product development calendars to track key milestones, deadlines, and launches.

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure product messaging and branding align with company strategy.

• Optimize cost structures by negotiating with suppliers and managing production budgets effectively.

• Conduct product performance evaluations and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and sales performance.

• Stay updated on sustainable materials and ethical sourcing practices to enhance brand value and responsible manufacturing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Fashion Design, Product Development or a related field.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.

• Strong understanding of jewelry design, materials, and production processes.

• Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers a plus.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and quality.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
