We're seeking a responsible Resident Manager to oversee the daily care and maintenance of our properties. As the primary contact for residents, you'll foster a welcoming, well-maintained community. This live-in position requires a proactive, solution-oriented approach, encompassing all aspects of property management. Located in Sarnia, ON this role supports the management of the Trillium Park community which includes 6 multi-residential building(s). You will be a key lead on the support team that takes care of Trillium Park and our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Resident Wellbeing: Ensure resident health, comfort, safety, and security, taking ownership of the property.
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct inspections, address issues, and manage vendors.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive atmosphere.
  • Administration: Assist with rent collection, notices, and noise complaints.
  • Suite Readiness: Ensure prompt turnover suite readiness.
  • Security: Maintain building security and respond to emergencies.
  • Cleaning & Upkeep: Perform cleaning duties and ensure amenity spaces are operational.
  • Fire Safety: Implement fire safety plans and maintain records.
  • Inspections: Complete regular inspections and address deficiencies.
  • Exterior Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and safety of exterior areas.
  • Interior Maintenance: Inspect interior common areas and ensure functionality.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide reports to the Regional Property Manager, and communicate with residents regarding service requests.
  • Maintenance Support: Maintain records of service requests, adhere to the RTA, and support residents with using MillDon Living portals and apps.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the RTA.
  • Ability to handle emergencies.
  • Live-in position requirement.
