About The Job

We are actively seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to join us during an exciting phase of company-wide growth! This is a great opportunity for motivated and seasoned recruiters who demonstrate a strong work ethic, knowledge of best practices for attracting top talent, and have a passion for providing excellent candidate and client satisfaction.

This role offers a hybrid setup: 3 days in-office with the flexibility to work remotely for two days.

What You'll Be doing

  • Source and recruit talent, filling junior to senior level roles within the light industrial and hospitality sectors.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal senior managers to understand staffing needs and strategically source candidates through a diverse network of resources.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducting in-depth interviews and skill-marketing for future hiring requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client and candidate details, tracking recruitment and placement activities.
  • Perform additional duties essential to business operations as required, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

What We Need From You

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, staffing industry experience is preferred.
  • Extensive sourcing and head-hunting experience using various strategies such as social networks, research, and personal network.
  • Strong customer orientation with ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
  • Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Personable, energetic, and positive, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to follow our hybrid setup: 3 days a week at our corporate headquarters, with the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
