We're looking for a dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! This role blends administration with customer support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both structure and people. What You'll Do

This role centers around CRM management and administrative coordination, ensuring the operational backbone of our sales and support teams runs efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

CRM & Admin Operations

  • Manage and update data in our internal CRM system (e.g., deal status & document tracking)
  • Monitor workflows and pipeline activity to ensure deals are moving forward efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain internal documentation & reports
  • Assist in generating operational insights using CRM data (think: what's working, where we can improve)

Customer Support

  • Act as a liaison between customers our internal teams
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries (phone/email/chat), troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed
  • Track tickets to ensure timely follow-up and resolution

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support deal flow and ensure seamless communication
  • Help streamline internal processes and improve team knowledge sharing
  • Pitch in where needed; this is a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role!

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in an operations and support role (bonus if it's in financial services or POS)
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Dynamic & outgoing personality: We're looking for someone who brings energy and collaboration with others. This is a people-centric environment, so we want someone who thrives in that atmosphere!
