We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.

Duration: 12 months

Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for 20-25 roles, primarily in North America and occasionally Europe
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies
• Post job openings and source candidates using social media and networking tools
• Screen and present qualified candidates for selection
• Schedule interviews and coordinate offer and onboarding processes
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
• Support recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
• Fluent in English and French (spoken, written, and reading)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
• Experience with alternative sourcing strategies
• Professional demeanor and consultative approach with hiring managers
• Previous experience using Workday and/or Phenom is an asset
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is strong
