We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.
Duration: 12 months
Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 20-25 roles, primarily in North America and occasionally Europe
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies
- Post job openings and source candidates using social media and networking tools
- Screen and present qualified candidates for selection
- Schedule interviews and coordinate offer and onboarding processes
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
- Support recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Fluent in English and French (spoken, written, and reading)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
- Experience with alternative sourcing strategies
- Professional demeanor and consultative approach with hiring managers
- Previous experience using Workday and/or Phenom is an asset
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is strong
