About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Leader to oversee multiple locations within the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The region the successful candidate will manage is Central Ontario, ideally you would reside between Barrie and Sudbury.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee new store openings and store audits.
• Take responsibility for training new franchisees and their teams.
• Develop and perform training programs for staff.
• Ensure the standards outlined in the Operations Manual are met consistently.
• Proactively work to positively influence sales and profitability in your region.
• Build professional relationships and create buy-ins in their assigned territory.
• Plan, schedule, and lead new store openings.
• Conduct store audits and store visitations, correct deficiencies noted.
• Participate and be on site during the full process for new restaurant openings and re-sale transfers.
• Ability to travel even outside the province for store openings and transfers for up to 3 weeks at a time.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-4 years of demonstrated experience in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, specifically in overseeing a designated territory.
• Must have a valid G license and reliable access to a car.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in multi-unit management is preferred.
• Exposure to franchising operations is preferred.
• Post-secondary education, particularly a business-related diploma, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Can do attitude with exceptional relationship building skills.
