About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Leader to oversee multiple locations within the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The region the successful candidate will manage is Central Ontario, ideally you would reside between Barrie and Sudbury.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee new store openings and store audits.
- Take responsibility for training new franchisees and their teams.
- Develop and perform training programs for staff.
- Ensure the standards outlined in the Operations Manual are met consistently.
- Proactively work to positively influence sales and profitability in your region.
- Build professional relationships and create buy-ins in their assigned territory.
- Plan, schedule, and lead new store openings.
- Conduct store audits and store visitations, correct deficiencies noted.
- Participate and be on site during the full process for new restaurant openings and re-sale transfers.
- Ability to travel even outside the province for store openings and transfers for up to 3 weeks at a time.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-4 years of demonstrated experience in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, specifically in overseeing a designated territory.
- Must have a valid G license and reliable access to a car.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in multi-unit management is preferred.
- Exposure to franchising operations is preferred.
- Post-secondary education, particularly a business-related diploma, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Can do attitude with exceptional relationship building skills.
