This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Dispatcher located in Stoney Creek, ON. The Lead Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers, handling customer inquiries, managing schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries. They will also be responsible for optimizing routes for efficiency.
