Applicant Tracking System, CRM, and Metrics Analyst

Focus on managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and CRM support to provide analytics and report on key recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the Applicant Tracking System, and CRM ensuring system functionality and data integrity.
- Conduct weekly audits of data entry accuracy and completeness, rectifying discrepancies within 24 hours.
- Inform the Workforce Recruitment Managers and Director of ATS and CRM optimization issues
- Coordinate regular check-in meetings with the ATS and CRM vendors to proactively address any issues and be aware of any updates.
- Communicates and trains TA users on updates and new features and functions.
- Implement and optimize ATS and CRM workflows to improve efficiency.
- Perform system updates and patches as required by the vendor.
- Manage user access and permissions, reviewing and updating monthly.
- Develop and maintain ATS and CRM documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures, updating quarterly or as required.
- Identify new recruitment technology and trends to be considered that will enhance efficiency.
- Troubleshoot ATS and CRM issues as they arise.
- Liaise with ATS and CRM vendors for advanced technical support, participating in regular check-ins.
- Generate weekly reports on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate experience)
- Produce monthly dashboards for leadership, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct in-depth quarterly analysis of recruitment performance, including cost-per-hire and quality of hire metrics
- Develop and maintain a suite of standard reports, reviewing and updating bi-annually
- Analyze the effectiveness of various recruitment channels, providing recommendations for optimization monthly
- Monitor and report on compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Attend meetings with recruitment managers to discuss data insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align recruitment analytics with broader HR and organizational goals.
- Provide refresher training on updates and new features quarterly.
Other Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and providing user support for ATS or other human resources systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot ATS/CRM issues and implement process improvements based on data analysis.
- Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and technologies, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Salary Range: $36.37 - $45.45 per hour (Level 18)
Bi-Weekly Hours: 75 hours bi-weekly / Mon-Fri (8-4)
