Project Coordinator - Municipal Infrastructure Construction
Location: Main office & satellite project offices (Durham, Northumberland, Hastings, PEC area)
Salary: 65k-75k

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support municipal infrastructure construction projects, including sewer and watermain work. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Maintain project documentation (contracts, permits, RFIs, change orders).
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews.
- Track project costs and assist with invoices and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in project coordination (sewer, watermain, or civil infrastructure preferred).
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software (MS Project/Primavera), and AutoCAD.
- Valid driver's license; PMP certification would be an asset.
