Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Project Management : Oversee electrical projects of various sizes and complexities in the commercial sector.
- Cost Analysis : Review customer design proposals and specifications to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Team Leadership : Lead a project team to ensure technical accuracy and high-quality deliverables.
- Project Execution : Manage projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective completion that exceeds client expectations.
- Client Relationships : Work closely with clients to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Documentation & Reporting : Prepare and review project specifications, progress reports, and cost summaries.
- Mentorship : Provide guidance to technical staff, fostering growth and skill development.
- Quality Control : Oversee quality and cost management throughout the design and construction phases.
- Estimation : Provide accurate project estimates and ensure cost control during the entire process.
- Shop Drawing Reviews : Assist with the review of shop drawings as needed.
- Project Schedule Management : Maintain and track project schedules and resource allocation.
Qualifications, Experience & Education:
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management within the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) sectors with a strong background in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Red Seal 309A license or CET certification with experience in both field and office settings.
- Proficient in estimating using Accubid software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical coordination.
- Proven success in project delivery and execution.
- Experience working with trade unions, especially the IBEW.

- Strong understanding of industry standards, including NEMA, CSA, and ISA.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) and Primavera P6.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
